Classic Kia

Had a fantastic experience buying a brand new 2023 Kia Soul at Classic Kia in Waukegan today. First, they called me when the specific car I had called and asked about last week suddenly became available. Another buyer changed their mind and bought a different model, which was great because no other dealership had this car in my color and options available at all. So kudos for great customer service. Then Jennifer Pratt took great care of me at the dealership, was informative and genuine, not high pressure at all and really just great to deal with. Others at the dealership were equally helpful, and I failed to get their names but the finance guy and a young assistant deserve high praise as well. Love my new car, they made it an easy and enjoyable experience. Thank you!

Such great people at Classic Kia. Mike Flament in service really took care of me. Brought my Chevy Tahoe in to Classic Kia after I initially made a visit to the Chevy dealership where they wanted to charge me an exuberant amount of money for an oil change, front and rear breaks along with a "possible" strut repair. Mike walked me thru all of the repairs and costs and even saved me some money vs what the Chevy dealer wanted to charge me. Not only did Mike's team get the work done, they got it done in less than 24 hours. Thank you Classic Kia. I will be back.
