        BUY ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Buyer beware, I paid an exorbitant amount of money to have a used vehicle Certified Pre-Owned by this dealership. This is supposed to consist of a 164 point inspection of the vehicle. Everything from the mechanical operation of the vehicle, down to the appearance. I have had numerous issues with the vehicle that should have either been fixed on the vehicle prior to certification or it should just not have been certified at all. I had to go to a non McGrath Kia dealership to get one of these issues fixed under warranty. I also had to have the other Kia dealership diagnose issues with my vehicle that were not under warranty, because McGrath did not. Currently they slapped a bandaid on my issue and refuse to fix it the right way. Anytime you try to get a hold of manager it always goes to voicemail also. So trying to get anything done around this place is almost impossible. I believe I may need to hold a protest/demonstration in front of dealership to show my dissatisfaction. It's not something I look forward to doing but seems necessary. Please shop somewhere else. Don't just look at Google reviews. They can't even achieve 3 stars elsewhere. Thank you

        Provide transportation to home and back while car was being worked on, finished work early! Excellent service! Thank You Kia. This is my favorite Kia service place! Bravo to all involved! Know how to treat their customers! Please keep it up!

        Two out of the 5 or six times Ive brought my car to this dealership they have damaged the paint. The big chips were caused when I first bought the car and had them install a trailer hitch. Car was less than a month old. The door chips were done when I brought it in for an oil change. The last two pics show how well they fixed what they did. I of course insisted they have it professionally fixed. They just dont care about your car. In both cases they never said a word about the damage done to it while in their possession. ALWAYS look at your car before leaving or signing for it!
