I do not know the owners personally and I am surprised by so many negative comments. I have had zero issues with anything I've needed. I think some of these comments are responding to the wrong place. I gave 4 stars because no place is perfect but I have never had an issue with them and I have had many parts ordered and blades and chains sharpened.

I bought a lawnmower for my son. They charged me twice for it ($4350 + $4350). I have called them and visited them in person, trying to get my refund on the credit card they used. It has been over a month, and every time they said they refunded my money, or they would call me back if there were issues with that, neither happened. I have been paying high interest on my credit card waiting for this refund they owe me, and it has tied my funds up for other things my family needs. I don't know what their issue is, but I am going to file a BBB report on them and put a dispute on my credit card if they don't take care of this by July 5th 2023, as it has already been a month of this nonsense. They told me it is a glitch and has happened to other people....fine. Just return my $4350 you owe me! I will never shop here again. I bought the mower at the Hillsboro location, but they have been calling the Vandalia location to correct the error, so I wouldn't set foot in either place. I didn't want to post this, but they forced me to by holding my money hostage and not returning my calls like they say they will. I have been more patient than they deserved. I hope they have an answer for me on this review and I hope they don't lie about this situation, or I will go through with the BBB complaint, refund or not.

Of course they sell online. ZoomInfo shows them as the holders of hydrodrives . com along with 3 others. Checked online prices for 3 days, their web prices for 2 pumps didn't change. I place an order for the 2 pumps, I get an email saying the items have a long lead time so they cancelled my order and refunded the money. I don't care about the lead time so I call to get the order reinstated but I also noticed that the price of the pumps went up about $200 each. I was told they can not reinstate and that I have to re-place the order. When asked about the price increase the girl on the phone starts wigging out, "This is just a call center, I get paid $12/hr....." That's when I knew what I was dealing with and I lost it. So, this is the way they do business. The web price was too low so they cancelled my order and come at you with bravado.
