This place is incredible in some kind of way. Don't ever expect this place to answer their phones. I bought a mower from them about a month ago and had carb issues right off the bat. Stuff happens so I am not blaming this place for the issue. The issue is I have been calling them for about a month 3 times a week trying to get into contact with somebody to help. Terrible and I mean awful customer service. I have never left a review for anything in my entire life so the fact that I wasted my own time to warn others is your sign. LOOK FOR SOMEONE ELSE.

This is a LS tractor dealer. Yet they have no clue what a LS model number tractor is. Was just told " I have no idea what that is to be honest with you"

0 stars would be better never would want to put anyone else through what I have been through with them. Ordered an $800+ part It did not fit THEY provided an RMA after telling them it did not fit. I paid for shipping, they claimed it was covered in oil though the part would not even fit to even get oil on it. (no pictures of the oil covered part were provided). Okay no refund for the part I will take it back and sell it on eBay since I PAID for it with no refund it is still my property! In the picture provided they said they would even send it back. I asked for it back. They told me no they DESTROYED it! Why would you dispose of a new part that I own! There is no way they would just throw out a new part they took it back and resold it. Now they took my $800+ and my part that I PAID FOR. Never do business with these thieves.
