The Atrium is a great place to live if you are wanting to make new friends while living in college. I also want to mention that their maintained individuals are very nice and always get the problem fixed ASAP. Ryan is always on top of his game with making sure all the apartments are in good condition for us who lease the apartments.

I highly recommend this place! As a new student, you just cant beat the price and the location. The manager is AWESOME! He shows a lot of consideration for his tenants. I was terribly nervous moving to another state and I really appreciated the management always being there to help me with any issues that arose. I cant thank them enough for making my transition so pleasant.

Hands down The Atrium is one of the best places I've lived at in Urbana-Champaign. I highly recommend the Atrium. I've had 2 friends of mine move in with my recommendation. One of the best experiences about the Atrium is the property manager Ryan he's beyond amazing. One of the best managers I've ever dealt with in my 12 years of living in different cities and places. He's very humble, responsive, meets all your needs quickly and very responsive to all your emails.. & maintenance staff has been good as well. Very very affordable. I personally have great roommates. Its an awesome place to stay for short and long term. It has all the major facilities you need in the building. Laundry gym swimming pool ping pong pool jacuzzi. Enjoy your stay :)
