        Pros: pretty customizable air conditioning and good views from the upper floors. Also buses frequently pass through below. Cons: Far from pretty much all social life and the main part of campus, making it difficult to make connections. Also no official lounge apart from the lobby on the main floor.

        If you can face south on a high enough floor, youll have a great view. Its a public school dorm. There will be people who complain but the vast of majority of people have no complaints. You live here for a year. Its part of the college experience. Its not going to be the most amazing place ever but its perfectly fine for drunk 18 year olds.
