Staff was great, hotel and rooms not so much. Very dated and dirty, attached is the sunshade that covered my window. As far as wheelchair accessible rooms barely fit our needs. Small bathroom and the bathroom door opens outwards which blocks the front door and access to your room. It was a constant mess of opening the door, trying to navigate out of the way of the bathroom door, close bathroom door, and then go where I wanted. Bathtub super narrow so shower chair is 2/3 outside the tub. Rooms: Old and dated Walkability: Some restaurants nearby

Biggest complaint was that housekeeping let themselves into my room well before checkout without knocking. This is probably the first time I've ever forgotten the throw the 'I'm still in here lock' on the door, and when the maid walked in I got a rude reminder of that. It seems with the digital check in/out system they should have a way of knowing when people leave. I was using the Hilton app that works as a key. While I was moving my things out of my room into my car, close to but still before checkout time, my key was disabled. I had to go to the desk to get a physical key to get the rest of my things so I could leave. House keeping was still on top of things though. They were back to ask if I was staying another night mere minutes after checkout time. Of course I wouldn't have been there anymore if the app hadn't disabled my key delaying my checkout. The room was dingy but acceptable. Breakfast for minimal but I it seems like they must be watering down the non-stick spray for the waffle maker because I had to scrape my waffles off of it. The coffee in the room wasn't great, maybe it's the water quality but who knows, and one of the single serve pouches wasn't made properly and could not be used without drinking grounds. Both packets with napkins and stirs for the coffee were already open. $3 bottled water. It's hard to blame anyone for the fire alarm an hour before checkout, but by that point it felt like a sneaky way to clear out guests before checkout time. The pool didn't look like there was any work going on, but it was closed for maintenance for an extended period of time.
