        Well it was ok until my fiancs rental car was stolen from the parking lot and the front desk and manager werent helpful. They saw on the camera the car was being broken into and didnt call the police. Wont let him see the footage and arent being cooperative at all. Seems like maybe they knew the thieves. Will NEVER stay here again and hopefully never have to come to Chicago again. If you dare stay here dont park on their lot if you have a decent car.

        Nice newer hotel near lots of places. Clean and quiet. The only downside is they have the slowest elevators around!!!

        No microwave, nowhere to sit and relax besides the bed. Just office chair and automuns.

        Both of my leaders at my company flew across country to stay out at my site for work. I recommend this hotel and they LOVED it! Came into work raving about the price, the amenities, the overall standard. THAT is the epitome of hospitality. Thank you so much EVEN | IHG for letting my management trust me that much more. I great hotel is hard to find in this area. We looked up when it was originally built and then remodeled, they couldnt believe it. Kudos, hats off, and THANK YOU.
