Maria is the best agent in the Dekalb area. I tried working with previous agents before but we couldnt find any offers for a whole year. I heard about her through some friends and how great she is. After working with her and getting an offer after just 2 weeks, I can say that she is definitely amazing! I will definitely be coming back to her if I need a real estate agent. Maria is truly one of the most knowledgeable and friendly realtors that I have ever interacted with. My husband and I have used Maria on the buy and sell side and she truly listens to our wants and needs for each individual transaction; we know that she always has our best interest in mind when she is representing us. She has a great eye for detail to ensure that listing photos are done beautifully, but that eye for detail is always great when we are looking to purchase - she points out things we miss! Maria made the emotional process of selling my parents' house as pain-free as possible. She not only brings top level expertise, but an amazing positive attitude.
