If I could give 0 stars I would. The older gentleman who has been working here for 40 something years (according to him) refused to help with an AT&T return because we didnt have a shipping label printed. When we tried to inform him that AT&T sends a barcode for them to scan to start the return he began to argue that he knew what he was doing and we needed a printed out label. I was not about to argue so we left and went to the UPS store inside of Meijers where they scanned the barcode to start the return. We will never return to the Wabash UPS store. Maybe you need to retrain your older employees so they know that technology has changed.
