One star use another business ,be very careful about dropping off items here I dropped off a pair of shoes that I purchased off of Amazon and the guy at the front desk claimed he would take care of it he gave no tracking number or receipt. And the pair of shoes just magically vanished Amazon never received them I never got a refund they just "vanished". And even if it is the customers responsibility to get a receipt this man should have better values then to allow packages to just "disappear" from his store.

Please tell the truth when you are asked if that is the price ups would charge. And when you are asked if you are charging extra and you say no. Not good business practices. I hope you enjoyed the extra money you made.

I tried mailing a large package and was told it was $140 for shipping and that was the lowest price for UPS. I went home and printed the label myself for $54, I think its a private company that makes a large profit off there customers.
