The process of renting a storage unit was very easy to accomplish online.
For the process of moving out, I was told to ensure the unit was cleaned out and leave a voicemail with the office. Since I have moved out, I am having a difficult time receiving my deposit and one month of rent that I was charged for after moving out. I have left voicemail messages and have received no response. I did receive a response to an email stating that someone would be looking in to it but 3 weeks later, I still have heard nothing.
I am sure that there is a good explanation but there is poor communication.
