    The best prices in town! Storage units AND garages all over town are getting broken into this time of year, but at least this place let's you know! Every other company (UHAUL! FEDERAL!) just let's you find out on your own the next time you go to pick something up. It sucks that it happens, but Bolt was very prompt about alerting me that there was a break in. I will continue renting here for a long time.

    My storage unit was broken into, not exactly sure when. Management sent an email informing me of them noticing no lock on my unit. Upon returning to the state to investigate my unit , I noticed not only many items missing , but a completely destroyed unit. I contacted local law enforcement, who informed me the storage facility did not make a report. The officer also informed me of multiple break ins at this location. His exact words were In the year I have worked on the force, I have personally responded to at least 40 finding a new storage facility. They did replace the lock on the unit & provided the combination. However, when I arrived to my unit, I found one of their provided locks on the very inside of my unit that was cut. When I left the state originally, I secured the unit with my own locks. Never once was I informed of a previous break in. I find this very sketchy. These are also not climate controlled units! My belongings were covered with mold and were wet. Please keep away !! Keep your belongings safe. I do not recommend. Update: Notice that the owner repeats what I have already stated & ignored the statement that the officer made to me. They also ignored the statement I made previously about their lock that was clearly replaced more than once on my unit without any previous communication regarding that matter. Both of the locks I originally secured my unit with are no where to be found. Again, that is ignored and looked over by this owner. They also tried to lie and say there was no report of a burglary, when in fact I did contact customer service, reported the theft and police report I made personally, and they sent me the information to file an insurance claim for my missing items. It seems as though this owner has a copy and paste response! Also, there is no one onsite. Maintenance is not there daily, if so, they do not accomplish their jobs nor do they maintain the property. Good luck if you decide to rent here.

    ---5 RATING, to be honest! RENT HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR THINGS STOLEN!!!! No police report filed, and there is no notice to you. Employees state no signs of any theft when questioned. MANY police reports about theft from others who have had storage units here! A Bit Suspicious??? BeWARE! Especially if you are moving out of the area!!!

    My unit was broken into late at night, and I was notified via text message. I was given a cell phone number of a police officer to contact. When I contacted the officer, he wasnt even the officer who handled the situation. I asked the manager to call me as I was given limited detail regarding what crime was committed and no photographs of my unit. I am 5 hours away and had to have a friend drive to check on my things and send me photos as the facility NEVER CALLED ME. Do not rent space here. The customer service is atrocious. They couldnt call me after notifying me that my unit had been burglarized but they certainly found the time to remind me I would still be billed until I sent them a photo of my empty unit. Absolutely shameful. I wish I could give 0 stars. DO NOT RENT SPACE HERE. **Their reply to my review is nonsense. Notice not once did they acknowledge their lack of call back or further information beyond a TEXT MESSAGE. Again, do not rent space here.**

The account shows that your unit was found without a lock and our on site maintenance team suspected a break in and secured the unit with a lock which we provided the combination too. The account does not show any reports of your unit being burglarized once the unit was looked over by you and a successful move out was completed without further issues! When you rent a non climate controlled unit your items are susceptible to the elements which is definitely something to keep in mind when storing furniture or other specific belongings! We apologize for the scare but if any issues arise we will always notify tenants in any way possible and we ALWAYS inform local law enforcement of any possible break-ins or suspicious activity! Our 24/7 customer service team monitors our cameras at all times to make sure everything is as secure as possible! We appreciate your business!!
