Signature Event Rental

The tent rented for a wedding was absolutely filthy, their was rips and holes all over from top to bottom. They used black tape on clear windows to try and fix tears and when a complaint was made they sent out new walls, that was still in horrible condition plus they didn't have enough to replace them all. Not to mention the customer service was just as disgusting when they pretty much tried to justify its okay because they are the cheapest in town.

Completely ripped off my cousins wedding event with their torn down tent. I cant believe thatd be okay with letting people see their equipment. Horrible customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Went in to discuss rental prices and to see napkin textures/colors in person. We were not greeted kindly, both staff members were rude and mean throughout entire interaction. Terrible customer service as a potential client. I am very disappointed. I immediately drove to Noonans, where the staff was friendly and helpful.

Did not refund any of our money during the pandemic when everything closed down and our wedding was postponed. Refused to even give a credit towards future rentals. Not an upstanding business. Thieves.
