This machine died constantly on our job site. Notified the manager when I returned the machine. He did not seem too concerned about the issue. Partial refund was not offered.

Paul (assistant manager) was incredibly helpful and kind when I went in to place an order for my upcoming wedding. He walked us through all options without rushing us to make a decision. Very professional, kind, and experienced. Will absolutely use Noonans again when I need a rental.

I rented a piece of equipment and I had an issue with it. They went well above what was needed to remedy the situation. Ive rented multiple times and always satisfied with their service and equipment.

Rented an electric hand planer from this location. After approximately 30 minutes of use a blade broke and would not cut only scratch the wood that I was trying to plane. But of course it's my responsibility to buy a new blade when I return their tool. Did not use it on anything but a pine board but had to suffer the consequences. Update: one of the owners contacted me to see why I had a negative experience. It meant a lot that he would go to that length to see what the issue was and to try and make things right. While I was still disappointed with the performance of the blade, I do appreciate the customer service response.
