      image Really disappointed with my last visit when I needed to go inside to find more than half of the employees maskless, even when close to me. This was a little while ago when the pandemic was at it's worst. I liked having a local bank I could go to, but it's a shame they don't take the health of their customers seriously.

      image Unable to perform the basic functions of a bank. UCB set me up with a new checking account with the promise of transferring my current account. Total failure, all checks bounced and charged for unauthorized debit. They have ignored my complaints constantly and I'm out $421. FUCB!
