Burger King - Closed

This place is horrible in every way they never give you all your food you order and the li es are ridiculous but there is one light skinned girl that work drive thru that is very nice. They need to put her in a better location and out of that ghetto location.

Horrible! The food is always cold.. it never tastes like it came off of the burner. The cheese didn't even melt. My Impossible Butger was just tossed into the garbage today .. it's been in the fridge because I couldn't eat it!!! This is the WORST Buger King in the south suburbs!!

I walked in (there were no other customers) manager or associate saw me coming in and walked away from the register..we literally made eye contact, another employee was leaving for the day (totally understandable), she saw me by the way, another employee was leaving at the same time she was (he looked me in the eye), another employee was checking her schedule right in front of me...I waited, and waited, no on took the time to acknowledge that I was even standing there, no one greeted me, no one cared enough to say "excuse me sir someone will be right with you." That would've been at least worth the wait. That terrible customer service at it's finest. I just walked out like many other customers who order food there have also done. Oh, by the way, Wendy's is down the street from there so I went there instead. Plus they'll treat you better.

Been sitting at the window for 20 minutes, lady asked if she can take my order than said 1 minute please 5 minutes ago! I could've cooked a burger at home for how long this is taking, this suppose to be fast food! Nothing fast about it

Pulled in because we saw the sign that said "dine in we're open" the lobby was closed so we went to drive thru. 1 car other than us and we sat there and sat there. Didn't get food decided to leave because the service was so slow and the lobby was closed. It was 10:30 in the morning...
