        Always a pleasant and productive visit to this AT&T location. Geraldo assisted in a business issue for my company and also added another line for personal usage! Such a great asset to the Skokie community for both personal and business customer service. He provided high quality assistance with a sense of urgency for the business issue that needed resolution. Was unable to wait on hold so headed over to my store and walked out a satisfied customer!

        My visit to this AT&T location was wonderful despite the technical issues I was having that weekend. I had been experiencing technical difficulties in activating a replacement phone and Byron was the associate who made everything better. He was courteous and patient as the activation process was proving difficult. He was persistent and kept me informed throughout the process. With associates such as Byron, I recommend this AT&T location to any customer looking to remedy technical difficulties.
