Avoid at all costs. We called ahead and were interested in a car. They sent us photos of the car, and we said we were on our way. We drove two hours, and when we got there, were told that the car was being serviced, and we should come back in two days. Horribly unorganized and poor communication.

This place is the worset place to ever buy from they are con artists and there cars are garbage the shaumberg located is the worst never buy a car from them bought a car the check engine lights came on within ten mins took it back they had it for two weeks pick it up dont make it a block check engine light came back on they had it another week said everything was fixed picked it up made in 5 block truck started driving worser they get it back said they fixed it now its at the real dealership getting fixed and they said its out of warranty i only had possession two days thats crazy please dont buy from them

I bought an Audi A7 recently from this place. The salesman Omar was kind enough and very helpful with my questions as I was out of town and wanted to make sure this car met my needs. I asked about ding, scratches, and damage, Omar advised he didn't see anything that stood out to him. Omar also assured me they stand behind their vehicles and I would be pleased. When I arrived, I immediately noticed hail damage and other damage to the rear. Omar must have missed that. (Sarcasm) Overall, the vehicle seemed ok. I test drove it and continued to feel like it was acceptable for a used car. As I was driving home, I noticed the headlight didn't work and the cruise control, lane assist, and navigation didn't work. Omar said I just needed the CD to get the nav working, and he would send it to me. Well, when I spoke to him about fixing the headlight, they basically refused and won't return my call about what they will do. I have since taken the car to the local dealership, which has quoted me thousands to fix these things. I also told them about this shotty dealership. Omar is about as unhonest as a person I have ever dealt with. I realized it's a used car, but the dishonesty is above all. Buyer beware of these scam artists

Purchased my vehicle on January 17, 2024. on the way home my check engine light came on. I called the dealer was told to bring it back in they will check everything out. I brought the car back in the next day, I was told it needed a catalytic converter After having my car for a week changing the catalytic converter I received my car drove it home the next day the light came back on called them again, was told the turbo charger went out took the car back to the dealer to have the turbo charger replaced and also had a cracked coolant reservoir tank. They had the car for a little over a week picked the car up and noticed the coolant reservoir tank had not been repaired and the check engine light came back on, took the car back for another week. I was told the repairs were complete What is drove it for about 45 minutes heading home Check engine light came back on called the dealer back again and informed them I also took it, and had it examined by , another repair shop that I trusted he examined it told me The coolant reservoir had a hairline crack and headed to be replaced which was $414 and also that the turbo charger needed to be replaced which would be $2700. The cost of these repairs in addition to the $5300 I put down on the vehicle as a down payment. I explained to him the turbo charger had been replaced. He suggested I take it back to the shop took my car back to the shop again they had the car for over a week again when I picked the car up drove home check engine light comes on again its now March 1st just getting my car back and the check engine light is still on.This place should not be in business. The vehicles they are selling are no good. They fix them up just enough to get them up off of their lot soon as you get those cars home your check engine light is on and you are out of 1000s of dollars. This has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had and Ive purchased many cars before in the past. They should not be in business total fraud
