        I made an appointment earlier in the week to come in late afternoon and look at some possible trade in options. I received 3 confirmations with text saying to ask for vip manager when I arrive. Turns out when I get there, the manager went home and the person that approached me didnt even know my name. If this is how your sales team works now, best of luck to your dealership. I have dozens of other dealerships few minutes away down the road I can go to. Why select your dealership if you dont even show your client any interest in earning their business?
