        Highly recommend F45 Schaumburg.. the coaches bring great energy and are super positive and encouraging. No matter your fitness level the coaches will find ways to make sure your workout is challenging but achievable for you just come in, put your phone away, turn off your brain, and let the class lead you through.. no better feeling than after an F45 class, I promise you. Gym staff is very experienced and professional. Cant say enough good stuff!

        The coaches are fantastic. Even with 20+ people in class, they're always there to correct my form and give me great tips. I only wish they would play better music...

        Incredible studio and staff. Class is so fun every time. They really meet you where youre at whether its your first time working out or if youre an elite athlete, like their awesome managers :) . So fun!!
