        Danny its a great trainer , in a week I was able to reach half my goal and he push me and motivates me to focus on myself and makes the workouts fun by only playing cardi B

        Ive been training with Danny for a few weeks now and Ive seen lots of progress.Ive lost inches thanks to Danny motivating me not to quit when I feel I can longer keep going. Not only Is the motivation great but he gives great advice on how to maintain a healthy diet. In all I just want to say thanks Danny for helping me with my back pain, teaching me simple and quick exercises I could do at home.
