This is my second review for Cera, because this company had my first review deleted, no doubt due to the fact that I truthfully reviewed their completely incompetent work and complete unprofessionalism on a total renovation completed in 2023. And now, the work they completed, which was faulty to begin with, continues to cause compounded problems. I would run as far away from this company as possible.

When we suddenly found ourselves with much more water damage than we anticipated, we were so lucky that our adjuster brought us in touch with Cera. The whole team is wonderful to work with and has a great quick response time. But it was not only the communication and turnaround that impressed us the biggest endorsement is their work. In our case it worked out so well that they can handle a restoration project like ours from a to z: clean up, mitigation, restoration, after which they leave the place spotless. They used their expertise and experience to keep me from making bad decisions (like what direction to lay the floor in). My flooring looks fantastic. They also did a couple of thoughtful extras which shows just how much they care about their work. Everything exceeded my expectations and made a difficult time feel like a breeze!
