        I purchased my BMW at Patrick after years of loyalty to another BMW dealer. Yusuf worked to get me my car at a price none of the other dealers could come close to. The experience was pleasant and professional. Every detail of the purchase was explained, and I never felt rushed or pressured. After the purchase he and his team went the extra mile to make sure my new car was perfect. I couldn't recommend them more..

        good dealership. good to work with if you have extended warranty on a used car as well. love the atmosphere and environment. basic services are fairly priced and the staff are friendly however should take a look at their service pricing. 1) quoted me $1500 to do oem pads and rotors, bought aftermarket drilled and slotted with carbon ceramic pads (20x better performance and cooling than oem pads and rotors) for $500, took me 3 hours to do. if you put some ridiculous $230/hr charge to it that STILL comes out than less than what the dealer quoted me for literally worse hardware 2) quoted me $1900 for shocks in the rear. bought the OE parts from fcp euro for a fraction of the OEM part price, got OE mounting hardware and it cost me maybe $250 and another 3 hours of labor, again its literally a fraction of the price that they charge here and im leaving out that i have had my car serviced here under warranty in the past, they did a great job with oil leaks but theres been 2 times now that i had to drive back to the dealer shortly after leaving because a technician rushed through a repair, this is especially annoying when you have to be somewhere with your supposedly fixed car and it still yells at you. luckily, the service advisors were amicable in helping me out regardless
