        Huge thanks to Kwaku for an exceptional experience at Bill Jacobs BMW. I never felt pressured or bullied. Kwaku was extremely patient throughout the process and made sure I was comfortable at every step. On top of that, he is super knowledgeable about BMW vehicles, from the engine to how to work all the new tech that's in it. After purchase, he was still following up and taking care of a couple minor questions I had. Everyone at the dealership seemed welcoming and friendly. You are pleasantly greeted at the front door and offered a beverage. The dealership also delivered my car for me since it was not ready at the time of purchase. If you're looking for a BMW, I would not hesitate to go to Bill Jacobs and definitely ask for Kwaku!

        Great experience at Bill Jacobs BMW purchasing a CPO vehicle! Husain and Shaun are the go-to guys when it comes to having a relaxing time when buying a car. Jessica was very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the 3 series we purchased also. If youre in the Midwest this is the best BMW dealer around.
