Legacy Sports Performance changed my life as an athlete on the field and a person in everyday life. Head trainer, Bryce Biel, not only developed my foundational skills athletically in strength and speed, but helped me understand how to be a good teammate and appreciate the opportunity I had just to be an athlete. He also helped me build my mental toughness and improve my overall quality of character. I was an average athlete and person before I went to Legacy, but after just a short few months working with Bryce Biel, I became a better person, and I learned how to be a better athlete and teammate on and off the field. Now, after training with Legacy for 5+ years, I know it was the best athletic and lifestyle decision I ever made. No one else will improve your game like Legacy Sports Performance will. I am so proud to say that I was one of Bryces first athletes and Im so grateful to of had the ability to experience the growth of his company and athletes from the ground up. I can honestly say that the people of Legacy Sports Performance are like a second family to me.
