This is a terrific gym with very friendly staff. They also have plenty of equipment and usually isnt too crowded.

I cant help but share a really cool experience that happened to my son
Tonight was the first night of football evaluations for the upcoming season in which my son is enrolled with the Tri-City Chargers 11U program. At the end of the night, after the kids completed all of their drills, the head coach of the Gold D1 team called my son out and told him to stand up in front of the other boys. He wanted to acknowledge that out of the 83 boys there, the coaches noticed him and his performance. It wasnt that he was the best one out thereit was that they knew that even though he had taken a year off from football, it was apparent that he had put a lot of work in to be ready for this moment.
His journey started in November of last year, in which he took speed and agility classes along with football position specific trainingall with the goal of being the best version of himself on the field this season. This would not have been possible without the wonderful coaches at Power Athletics and Grid Iron GodzDavion Mitchell and David Brown are truly great athletes/coaches/men and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
