If I can put less than 1 star , I would. Today (1/29/24) around 3:30pm , I went into the Calvin Klein store hoping to exchange a shirt for another shirt , exact price and everything. We didnt have the receipt , so we asked an employee (she was wearing glasses) for help and is there any other way to exchange it. She the proceeded to ask for the last 4 #s of the card we used , but since we used Apple Pay, the numbers come out different from the card number. We then showed her our bank statement showing we purchased it at Rosemont , in that specific store. During the whole encounter , she gave us attitude , she looked annoyed & simply didnt care to help us at all. She then walked away , to help another customer , while she was still helping us , so I just left. 0/10 customer service. Very rude.

Just noticed Im not the only one having a bad experience at this location due to the staff.
I came in today trying to do an exchange on a sweater that ripped.
Employee TIAIRRA could use additional training, coaching, and support on how to deescalate a situation. Her facial expressions screamed ATTITUDE. Her tone screamed ATTITUDE. And the way you spoke to me was filled with attitude. I immediately wanted to speak with someone else. I asked for you to contact your DM and responded with - he/she is occupied There was absolutely no effort.
As the manager of the store you completely failed to represent the Calvin Klein brand.
I would pay close attention to this employee because Im sure Im not the first one to have this type of experience.
Here is a start TIAIRRA - E.A.R statements - when dealing with some customers. Sometime it best to use this method.

Went to the store a few days ago. I had a lovely experience shopping. The gay guy was very helpful finding me items and at check out. The rest of the employees were very welcoming.

The staff (specifically the gay cashier) is so RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The staff are not wearing badge. Never ever again we will visit this store!

Rude employees. Don't buy from this store employees are mean and unwelcoming to customers. No seating for customers
