Our family HIGHLY recommends Alternative Wellness Therapies. Ms. Shannon has been a part of our growing, learning and adapting lifestyle for our adult son with Special Needs and we are going on 1 year with her! She is someone who listens to our concerns and zeros in on his individual needs and finds the most effective ways that are molded for him specifically. Ms. Shannon is extremely flexible when it comes to change at a moment's notice due to unforeseen circumstances, to allow for virtual appointments when in person attendance was restricted due to healing from an injury. The virtual appointments are just as effective as in person. When attending in person, the atmosphere is so calming and everyone around us is so welcoming. We have witnessed first-hand progress for our son, and we look forward to seeing even more!!!

I have had so much personal growth due to my counselors expertise! I have gone to counseling for years at other places and never got the right tools to work through things like I have here! I would totally recommend alternative wellness!! Thank you for all you do!!

My counselor is super flexible and very easy to talk to. She has helped me improve a lot over the past year. The staff is very friendly and makes me feel welcome during my appointments.
