Our family is truly blessed to of found Dr. Dudley. I was at a complete loss of how to help my adolescent son, once we realized he had been suffering with Trichotillomania for quite some time. Charlie, not only helped my son overcome this disorder, but taught our family techniques on how we could also support him through his difficult journey. During my sons high school years, Charlie continued to help my son with some more personal issues related to a dysfunctional relationship. I consider Charlie much more than a therapist, but a true lifelong family friend. Charlie has even become a mentor for my older son at the University of Iowa. Always eager to give him advice and meet up with him during his college breaks. An exceptional therapist and all around great guy!

Dr Charles has truly been a blessing in my life. I came to the clinic hoping to find answers to the OCD/Anxiety issues I've been battling for many years. I knew the first time we spoke that he was going to be a great fit for me. His approach isn't in playing silly games and asking "how do you feel", but rather, he gets to the root cause of the issues. He is extremely knowledgeable in the complexity of the brain, yet he explains things in a way that the average person can understand. The atmosphere is very relaxing, which helps one to open up. He truly cares for his patients and I highly recommend him. Be patient! It may take one visit or it could take several before his wisdom kicks in and you feel a sense of "I can do this"! Keep the faith, Dr Charles is awesome!
