    Service here is the worst. The rep whose name was Massi I think didnt even try to help my daughter and I upgrade her phone. He pushed me to change my plan which Ive had for 14 years in order to get 800$ credit on a new phone and it raised my bill from 220 to 296$. I called T mobile directly and they said I didnt have to change anything on my plan and I got the 800 credit. Treated us like we were trying to rob the place!

    Spent 3 hours in here one night only to find out over the course of the last month that nothing was done correct. Nothing but headaches and support calls. "Bill should be this much and never change". Unless the clueless employee doesn't know how to do any of that. Now I owe more than ever, and they didn't even register 2 of my phones(oops!?). This place is a circus, don't trust the (un)trained animals.

    When they help you theyre great. However the only 2 times Ive ever been in the store I get skipped over for people with easier problems. Both times took me over an hour to get something that wouldve taken 20 minutes done. Edit: just got home after looking at my phone the screen protector was put on wrong as well. Next one I get will be the third one.
