        My parents furnace stopped working. They called CMS Saturday morning little after 8 a.m. Someone stopped out and turns out it was the main power switch (same type of switch that would turn on any household light). They were there a total of 20 minutes. My parents which are in there 80s received a invoice in the mail for $489. I feel that is a bit ridiculous. The invoice is not itemized so Im not sure what we payed for? It just showed a $99 service charge. Invoice # 13480

        HUGE shoutout to CMS!! I was in need of a quick appointment late afternoon. Kayla got me in at 7am the next morning. Ryan and Logan showed up on time, complete with outstanding personalities, knowledgeable of what they were doing and and an incredible team work ethic!! I cant thank you enoughI was getting cold

        Bad experience. Didn't fix what was wrong but charged us for coming out 2nd time to fix what they didn't fix 1st time....and it was really expensive. Long story short...it isn't working and I've got another guy working on it right now. Waste of money...a LOT of money. Service: Heating system repair
