I had a bid for repairing the AC unit where i work and was wanting to go ahead and have the work done. the price of the work was around $30,000. I tried numerous times contacting Ryan left voicemail4 or 5 times over a 3-week period. also called the office and left messages to have him contact me with a start date. No returned calls where received. needless to say, I went with another company.

My husband attempted numerous times over a period of more than 10 days to connect with branch manager Ryan to meet for a consultation for a new building to be erected. His calls and emails for a simple meeting not returned, he left a final message stating if Ryan did not reach out the following day, he would find another contractor. At 6:37 this morning the phone rings, but i did not answer in time. A few minutes later, it rings again. The caller asked for my husband . When i explained it was 6:30 in the morning, i was corrected...it was 6:40. No apologies, he explained he starts HIS day early. He was thoughtless, dismissive and completely arrogant throughout this call. I phoned about 15 minutes later to discover the company does not even open until 7.30. When i reached him to inquire about a supervisor, he repeatedly refused the information insisting he is working on the project with my husband and has no idea who i am. I explained this was about an issue i have, not my husband. He repeatedly refused the information and continued to talk over me, incessantly interrupting. Almost misogynistically. I normally wouldn't mind an early phone call but had a bad sleeping night and had FINALLY started to rest when he called. Naturally a call at odd hours is startling, and also instinctively leads one to concern that a loved one may need help. I have never encountered a "professional" like Ryan. I can only pray for every woman that encounters him. I can only believe his behavior was retribution to my husband's insistence for a callback. What a child.
