A wonderful gym with wonderful members and staff. Claudia has been my trainer for quite some time and has helped me reach goals that I once did not think were possible. The constant encouragement and guidance is beyond motivating. Goals are more than hitting a certain weight. Nothing compares to the self confidence and self pride that are gained.
