I had a prescription. Went to the Rockford store and was helped immediately. The glasses were made quickly and am happy with them.

These guys at Eyewear Express are AWESOME! They have a TON of frames to choose from (over 2,000 in women's glasses) so I finally found the perfect frames. I have a very strong Rx, so I knew it would take awhile to get my glasses... other stores take about 10-14 days, but I received mine in just 8 days. I wore them home and by the time I got home I could tell they weren't sitting quite right on my nose. I tried adjusting them a bit, but when I did, I found they had not polished the edges of my lenses, which I always have done because my lenses are so thick. So I decided to take them back the next day to have them polished. They polished the lenses in the store right away, it only took about 15 minutes. But not only that, the gal who was helping me asked if my glasses were feeling good and I said they were just a little bit off, but I was getting used to them. She looked at them and asked me if I was allergic to silicone.... I thought "huh?" The frames I had were metal with no silicone on them. I said "no" and she put new nose pads on them and said "here, try this." Oh my gosh, what a difference that made! It made the glasses so comfortable! They sit perfectly and don't slide down my nose anymore. Wow! I'm so happy I came back in with them because now they feel wonderful, look gorgeous, and gee, I even got a good deal on the price! A winner!
