They straightened out my kids teeth with braces and and I'm having mine straightened with invisalign. I am having some difficulties with getting a tooth in the proper place, but they are working with me and making more invisaligns to fix it. I paid off the invisalign a while ago, and there is no extra cost if you go over the estimated time it should take to get them straight.
They have a scanner to make your molds, so you don't have to have the yucky paste sit in your mouth and get semi hard.
Both Dr. Nudera's are fantastic and so is the staff. They are very friendly and make you feel at ease.
