I literally just had the WORST customer experience with this dentist office I have ever had with ANY company. I scheduled an appointment online to be a new customer. I am a united states postal worker and I have phenomenal insurance through GEHA. I uploaded that insurance as well as my secondary insurance which is through public aid. I received a call today before my appointment saying they didnt accept public aid. I said thats fine, I have insurance through my employer which I uploaded as well and asked if I need to reupload it. I reuploaded my primary insurance and called back to make sure they received it. Whomever answered the phone told me that the post office has terrible insurance and they wont pay for my services! I have had this insurance for 6 years! Its one of the best insurances offered to any human being. I will be filing a discrimination complaint against this company because they very clearly didnt look at my primary insurance once the saw public aid!
