You better have great insurance! Their prices are ridiculously high! Back brace 186$ online , they charge insurance 975$. And there's plenty more I could go on about. Just screwing over the insurance!

Everything was great. Intake was fast, x-rays and diagnosis were great, and had very good results with therapy.

Chiro One found me at the Chicago Sports Spectacular show. They had a table. I paid the $20 fee to get an appointment. Their office is an hour away from me one way. I drove all of the way there just for them to refuse to see me because I switched cars that morning and forgot my wallet in my other car. They require a photo id. Most places will allow you to bring it the next time you come. Considering the initial appointment is a two part appointment, it should not have been that big of an issue. They refused to refund my $20 and gave me a # to call where I sat on hold for over an hour. I finally hung up and did not get a refund.

Dr. Mitchell always takes care of me and his staff is extremely friendly, hilarious and welcoming, making it always a blast every visit.
