I came in one day in extreme pain. The front desk lady took me to a back office to talk about billing. I explained to her I cannot pay out of pocket, but I do have insurance. She told me my insurance should cover it and told me my insurance is a good policy. I again told her I really couldnt afford this, but I am in so much pain and I was reassured that my insurance should cover it. I finished the paper work and they gave me my adjustment. They sat me down after my adjustment and handed me a $400 bill. I explained to them AGAIN that I was unable to pay for anything at that time. They shrugged me off and told me to pay the bill. They sent me to collections because I couldnt pay it off and now they want $800 instead of the $400. The staff was rude, pushy, and the doctor was sure to make it known his political view was different from mine. Social media will love this story.

Beware If you should have cervical Dystonia ! Explained my situation to Doctor Hulsebus assured he could help. The appointment explained that I did not want my neck adjusted. He stated that had to be done and it would help. After Doctor Hulsebus adjusting me then he says that cervical dystonia is all in your head. So wish he wouldve said that before adjusting me, would have never let him touch me. Needless to say it landed me back with my primary doctor and my spine physician do to my cervical dystonia. It caused me such extreme pain that it was unbearable for weeks. My insurance covered a small portion. Then he sent me a bill. Spoke to them regarding the situation and all the other bills I occurred from seeing him. They said oh well pay up!!!! Would not suggest anybody who has anything wrong with their neck from cervical dystonia. This was the worse experience to go threw. Scary also! No one should have to pay to be in more pain.

We had a wonderful chiropractic experience with Dr. Hulsebus and his awesome group! The office staff were also very kind and helpful !We are so glad we chose them.

We there for lower back issues. Of course they took x-rays & did a exam. They did 1 adjustment to upper back area. Lower back where I have an issue never touch. Came back for another visit & they did an adjustment again avoiding where my problem area is. Then they came in and did a time share plan for $2,800 + to correct my problem. Of course I passed on this. Tried 2 more time to get a good adjustment & still they never worked on the area where my issue is. I for one will not be going back to this place due to the fact I now have a $350 + bill & they did nothing for my back.

So I had back and joint pains for years as I've always worked physically demanding jobs. I figured it was just normal for my age and occupations. Well pushing through it finally caught up to me and my back said no more. I literally fell to the ground and couldn't get myself up. I know an ER visit would only get me temporary relief with pain meds and have no desire to live that way. So with the recommendation from a friend I went to see Dr Ryan. The staff their was courteous and caring. Very helpful. They did ex rays and showed me exactly what was going wrong and told me how they planned to address it. Within weeks I was feeling better than I have in years. It is definitely a worthwhile investment. I will be continuing to see them indefinitely now that I've been educated and healed.
