I hate to complain as I know running a business is hard I had a facial My forehead broke out in hives .. itchy rash Horrible mess I called Nobody called me back I stopped in Manager gave me a teaspoon of some kind of oil Hives still a week from facial date No help in what to do Thank goodness it wasnt my whole fac Add.. I have not heard from your team. Still Have rash

I've been going to the Rockford location off and on since they opened. They've had some really exceptional talent through the years. They were the best around, by far, for many years. However, what used to set them apart are no more. In the past, I could go to any masssge therapist or estatician for the first time and the process would always be exactly the same. Now you don't know what you're going to get. For example, when I first started getting massages and facials there you would get a warm foot soak with a salt rub on the bottom of your feet, you'd choose between three essential oils to be used in your service, and at the very end you'd be softly told to "take three deep awakening breaths" with the essential oil on your tech's hands hovering above your face. In addition, if your service was a massage, you'd also get a mini-facial (cleanser, hot towel, moisturiser) at the end before your awaking breaths. All these extras were what made you want to keep coming back. However, over the years these extras became less and less consistent. Some techs do a few of them, and most of them hardly any. Not sure if it's a lack of training or if those extras were scaled down at some point. They need to return to what they used to be. Otherwise, they are no different than any other spa. There's only one person that's still there that knows the former way of doing things. Once that person leaves I'll have no reason to go back.
