Amazing wonderful salon it is where I feel so pampered and well taken care of. I always look forward to getting my hair colored and cut . Everyone from walking in are kind and helpful. My Stylist Dasity that colors my hair and cut my hair is so talented . I have got many compliments on my color at church, grocery store, when shopping. I tell them where to go Aveda in Wilmette and Dasity is my stylist.

I have tried to go to this salon chain multiple times with probably 5 different stylists and I just have never received a haircut Ive liked from them. I never get an end result that even remotely resembles my reference photos. Its always wrong length, choppy layers, weird uneven lengths. Ive asked for curtain bangs and received uneven micro bangs in return. Ive asked for shoulder length hair and gotten an asymmetrical bob. They are not good at listening to the client. Very disappointing.
