Chase Bank

Unfortunately, relationships dont matter there like they use to and customer service is secondary. They claim corporate has taken away all discretion from them, but after talking to Chase phone customer service, it doesnt seem so. Being told different stories feels like lies (blame game) and the run around you get from most faceless corporations that get too big to consider their customers that got them to where they are. Technology doesnt make up for this gap and if anything automation is making things worse. Find a place where you are valued, not treated like a number.

My son passed away ,and this bank made me jump through hoop after hoop to get the money out of the account, which was less than 4000 dollars ,had to hire a attorney, hard to believe such a tragedy would be made worse by chase ,you should be ashamed of yourselves!!

Went in for a simple deposit slip. The teller accidently locked herself out of the computer and had to reset her password. I knew people behind me were upset but I had no mind to it. Things happen and it only took a couple minutes. What was different was I got a phone call from the manager apologizing that everything took so long. Never had someone from the office call just to say sorry for a two minute slow down.

I'm really feeling for the staff at this particular branch, since there doesn't seem to be a working phone in the entire building. I tried calling several times and was only met by a robotic woman who ultimately hung up on me each and every time. God speed, poor Chase Bank employees! I hope whoever stole all your workplace phones is caught and that you remain safe!

Got smaller amounts of cash for Christmas gifts. Learned about personnel and who was my next Chase rep.
