        My complaints are the same as the others it seems. They gave me a useless hard inquiry on my credit and offered me less than ONE TENTH of what I was approved for online and not even 1/4 of the amount I had asked for. Then when I expressed my confusion they asked if I had collateral or a cosigner so I reminded them I was approved for over 10 times what they offered me online and I wasn't even interested in the amount they offered.

      Dependent on the type of loan, decisions are made based on a variety of factors including credit history, income, and expenses. Not all loans require collateral, but those that do also take into account the value of that collateral. - ck
