        I've been a customer for 20 plus years. Doesn't hold any merit these days it seems. Having 3 accounts and apparently that doesn't matter either. Even having relatives working here can't even help. I glad other banking options are available in our area.

        I have always had wonderful service with everyone who works at SSB. They help as much as they can by phone & have even called me personally when something didn't look right with my account.

        Worst bank ever. Will talk you into the worst loans saying they will work with you then flat refuse. And will report false tax information when you sell a home that they didn't even have a loan on with us. Choose somewhere else. Crooks and liars the lot of them.
