Owes Addison & Associates Security about $20,000.00 I made many attempts to collect. I was told they paid when I asked to see the cancelled checks photo copy front and back to see who cashed them they got quiet. Make your own judgment I see Philip Citrano wrote a great review. He forgot to mention he is on the board of River Trailed and his position is treasurer. Philip Citrano also forgot to mention that he is an investor at River Trailes and owns several condos and doesnt live there. Philip Citrano forgot to mention that in less than 3 years they are on number 4 property management compinies. Philip Citrano forgot to mention River Trailes are now on their number 4 presidents in less than 3 years.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. There has been nothing but problems since I moved in. There are lots of bugs, residents don't follow rules, and the noise is out of control. Do yourself a favor and don't even consider this place. It's a disgrace to the Chicago suburbs.

COCKROACHES! Building is infested with bugs including the worst kind: cockroaches. Do NOT live here. I would give it 0 stars if I could. There is bugs everywhere. Security is horrible. Doors for the building are constantly left open for trespassers to enter. When pool was promised, it has been closed all summer. Many times, there has been garbage overfilling the building trash can. The shared laundry room has many washing machines that do not work properly. Many times there has been left over water/soapy water in opening of washing machines. Not including left over soap from other building owners/tenants in soap dispenser of machines. Hallways are filled with different smells and not cleaned enough. Garbage has been found on stairs many times. They constantly find things to fine you on. There is garbage in grass and graffiti on trees. Do. Not. Live. Here.
