The current manager is fake and doesnt even have a license. She wont disclose her real name. Shes very rude and doesnt know how to treat residents properly. She treats people like garbage. She needs to be fired soon!!!!! This whole complex is some kind of a prison where you cant be treated right. Its never been like that here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! My family has owned our condo for over 15 years and they've been treating my mother horribly. They increase the bills with no explanation and they're never available when you call. And when you do get them on the phone, they're rude and will curse you out for just asking questions. Please move to a place that treats you well and actually respects you and your home!

They want to increase the succession, they increased it to 10%. You don't even know how to clean the parking lots. Everything is very dangerous. I don't know what these people think. Sometimes you go to the office and they tell you that they are the owners. What kind of people are they? They don't know how to respect.

Used to be nice, but the maintenance staff (Jozeph) won't do anything if you live in a building that isn't the HOA president's building. Tried to call the front desk to no avail and it just rings and rings. Would not recommend!
