        Scheduled an appointment for a diagnosis on my vehicle and the owner took off right before I arrived and never got a call back or anything

        I broke down and got towed to them, not knowing anything in the area, from PA. The owner took 1-2 hrs of his time seeing if he could help and working on it, ended up telling me its a dealer specific issue and nothing he could do. Crazy part is he didnt charge me a cent and then helped me get car to the nearest dealer. He Walked into the dealer and was trying to get them to schedule me ASAP. It was as if the guy was a close friend. Was bending over backwards to make sure I was getting the best care in a tough situation. And once again, never asked me for a cent. Couldnt believe it.
