I usually always love subway, but I ordered it through the app and the food was right but they gave me bread that didnt taste fresh at all.. I was really looking forward to something fresh after being really sick.. Now I just feel disappointed.

I ordered for the first time from Plano Subway and when we received our food it was wrong. I ordered 2 foot long steak & cheese with extra meat a foot long Turkey and a six inch meatball. When we received our food we had 1 steak & cheese no double meat, 2 Turkeys and a meatball. When I called the store I was basically accused of lying because the owner made them himself. I took a picture of the sandwiches and told him I could send him the picture and he said well I have video proof they were right Ive never been treated with such disrespect and will never order from this Subway again. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Ordered a steak sub and a meatball sub. The steak had very little meat. One end of the sandwich was no meat. The meatballs were very small and they were so small, the first bite was only bread and vegetables! Ridiculous!!!
