Used to be great people to rent from. However the lady in the office, Pam, is very rude and unprofessional. Wish there was someone higher up she would let you talk to. Especially when it involves tenants right being violated. I would not recommend as long as she is still working there. Everyone else though had been a pleasure to talk to.

I rented from wdc years ago and they were great. I became the on-site manager of Gridley Manor there in Gridley, IL. I never had one problem with them. They even went as far as renovating my 2 bedroom apartment for.me. I loved working for them and I miss working for and with them. On a personal level they were always great to me. I hated having to leave the apartment and the job. Thank you so much Cheryl, Kevin, Tosha and Pam. Thanks ypu from Holly Haines (Samples)

Before coming to live in my new apartment, I had been homeless. WDC Management helped me in the process of filling out an application, submitting all the necessary documents and shortly after, I was able to move in to my new apartment!The owners, staff and site manager are wonderful people. Serena, the site manager is so helpful as is Pamela in the office. Very friendly & pleasant women.Thank you WDC Management. I appreciate you. Take care & God bless. 🙏

I have always loved Michele's but this time when I went there, I noticed that they have significantly reduced their chalk paint products. There was about a quarter left if what they typically had. I was very disappointed.
