        I was looking for a rental property on Realtor.com. I called and they connected me with a realtor from COldwell banker(no problems with her). We decided on a time to meet the next day and she stated that she would call me back to confirm. When she called me back she asked what was my credit score and how much I made. I asked her why, and sjh stated that reality company wanted to know, so I gave a stated that my credit score was over 620 and made greater that $100K per year. She ok I will be in touch. She called me "right" back and stated that the property in Plainfield was "already under contract"since last Friday. I said no problem. Well that did not sit right with me so I am stating if the the property in PLainfield was "under contract" since last Friday, then why was it important foy you to know ? Be careful about how you do business with this Realtor company. I will be reporting them to Realtor.com.
